Sumesh Sood, the marketing maverick, has been navigating the world of products, sales, and distribution for over two decades, painting the town in every product shade imaginable. Whether it's slinging lipsticks or lugging laundry detergent, he's seen it all. As Organic Harvest's co-founder, he transformed ideas into impact, elevating success to new heights. With marketing magic, he reaped success at Organic Harvest, soaring organically and outstandingly.


Sales and distribution are his jam –With a whopping 15+ years of being the distribution whisperer, brand magician, and FMCG consultant extraordinaire, he has transformed distribution channels, waved his wand over brand growth, and sprinkled consultancy magic. And, more, L'Oréal, Revlon, and Coty Vita Care have all been lucky recipients of his professional expertise!

Digital Head of IronOut, Disha Sharma- is a result-oriented & dynamic professional seasoned in offering rich and extensive experience in E-commerce, operations, strategy planning & resource management.
